UTeach programs are in 54 universities across the nation, preparing skilled STEM teachers who build enthusiastic STEM students who enter the workforce. Supporting the growth of UTeach programs creates a strong STEM workforce.

The conference app brings your brand into each attendee’s phone! If you sponsor the conference app, your name and logo will feature in the app throughout the conference, plus we will send two push notifications to attendees during the conference thanking you for your support.

Poster session and student awards  | $5,500

The poster session will be held in the ballroom during the conference reception. UTeach faculty and staff will present fantastic posters, but the real draw is the students having their first conference presentation experience. Through your sponsorship, you’ll be showing your support for UTeach students’ work and research. As part of your donation, student poster contest winners will each receive a $100 reward.

A sign with your name and logo will be in the ballroom near the posters. Your name and logo will also be on certificates presented to the student contest winners. Attendees will get a push notification before the poster session thanking you for your support.

Breakfast for all conference attendees | $2,500

Special breakfast for UTeach students | $950

Sponsor the energy and excitement of the UTeach student breakfast! Students from UTeach programs gather for breakfast and fun. It's the first conference for most of them, and we like to make sure they get a good meal and make new friends right from the start. Your sponsorship supports these teachers-in-the-making.

A sign thanking you for your support will be near the breakfast area. If you'd like to provide branded swag, we will put it in meeting room for the students.

Special breakfast for UTeach Master Teachers | $950

Master Teachers are the backbone of every UTeach program. They guide students through every field experience, teach them inquiry-based learning practices, and provide support after they graduate and have classrooms of their own. Your sponsorship of this special breakfast allows them to collaborate and shows your support for their contributions to education as a whole and the UTeach experience.

A sign thanking you for your support will be near the breakfast area. If you'd like to provide branded swag, we will put it in the meeting room for the Master Teachers.

Bingo prize donation

Every attendee has a bingo card that asks them to visit every exhibitor, complete tasks around the venue, and participate in engagement activities. Donate items or gift certificates we can use as prizes to get attendees excited to compete.
