Full Program Implementation
With full UTeach program implementation, a university replicates the proven UTeach model originally developed at the University of Texas at Austin.
We offer a well-developed and structured approach to assisting universities with implementing the full UTeach STEM teacher preparation program customized to their institution. Our program support includes clear articulation of program elements, comprehensive planning, intensive implementation support, ongoing evaluations of progress for continuous improvement, and sustained innovation through networked improvement.
We start by working with you on extensive yearlong collaborative planning, assessing strengths and developing program targets customized for your needs. We can also provide assistance with development of proposals to potential program funders.
Affiliate Partnership
With an affiliate partnership, a university receives personalized consulting services and program materials to leverage elements of the model to improve their secondary STEM teacher preparation pathway.

With full implementation, UTeach programs receive comprehensive planning, intensive support, and all curriculm and resources. Affiliate programs receive technical assistance, a dedicated point of contact, and all curriculum and resources.

Data Collection and Evaluation Support
With full implementation, UTeach programs receive a wraparound array of data collection and evaluation services designed to highlight what is going well and identify areas of opportunity. Program leaders can also use the information to communicate the effectiveness of the program and its alumni to funders and university leaders.
