Manager, UTeach for Texas
Carrie Culpepper is the UTeach for Texas Program Manager. She oversees all operations to successfully prepare STEM degree holders to teach in secondary schools through an innovative, accelerated program. She has also served as the UTeach National Network Coordinator and established the UTeach Professional Development program in 2012.
Carrie has worked in K–12 schools for more than 20 years as a science teacher, instructional coach, consultant, and administrator of new teacher induction programs.
She has a B.S. in Biology from the University of Texas at San Antonio and an M.Ed. in Educational Leadership from Lamar University.
